Talener is a technology staffing agency headquartered in New York City and launched in 2007. Over the past two decades, Talener has supported the most recognizable companies in today’s market to hire and secure premier technology talent. Offering both contract and permanent staffing services.

As a Manager of Client Services, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the placement process, with a focus on recruiting top tier candidates, and managing the relationship with our clients. You will source candidates directly using industry tools for both active and passive candidate flow. Additionally, you will work with our national technical recruiting teams to support and deliver services to clients.

• New York City / Hybrid:
  This is a hybrid position based in New York City. You will be expected to be in the Midtown Manhattan office 2-3x per week.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven sales or full-desk recruiting experience (agency-side preferred)
• Goal-oriented mindset that thrives in meeting specific performance targets
• Persistence while working through obstacles and objections
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including phone calls, video conferencing (Zoom, Teams, etc.), and email
• Ability to evolve online connections into offline ones via telephone and in-person meetings
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, Linked In, social media recruiting, and search platforms
• Experience using social media tools for recruiting and business development
• Experience with AI engines and prompts as well as Boolean queries
• Detail-oriented and data driven, understanding that quality data input results in quality output

The Offer

• Base Salary: $70,000- $100,000, based on experience
• Structured commission plan based on specific measurable results
