Our client is a well regarded law firm seeking a Leaves & Benefits Specialist.

This is an onsite role in Manhattan.

• Collaborate in managing benefit programs to ensure smooth execution and an exceptional employee experience.
• Handle all Leaves of Absence documentation and processing (STD, LTD, FMLA, PLA, etc.)
• Create and maintain process documentation for all benefit-related workflows.
• Contribute to the planning, research, and execution of new benefits-related projects.
• Assist with open enrollment process, plan renewals, and related system updates.
• Respond to benefits-related inquiries from global employees, delivering accurate and timely information.
• Support the benefits aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding to ensure a seamless experience.
• Manage employee benefit enrollments, terminations, and changes with accuracy in Workday and among third‑party vendors.

• 3+ years of benefits experience
• Experience specifically in processing Leaves of Absences (LOAs)
• Experience working at a Financial, Technology, or Fintech firm
• Workday experience is a plus

The annual base salary range is $80k to $140k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
