Our client, a global architecture firm, is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join their Human Resources team in New York City. The ideal candidate brings deep Workday expertise, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to partner closely with HR and IT teams to drive system enhancement in a collaborative, high-performing environment. Partner closely with HR and IT teams to design, configure, and maintain Workday modules, including integrations, EIBs, and advanced reporting tools; analyze data to support business decision making; manage HRIS projects and initiatives that improve system functionality and user experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HRIS experience with a strong focus on Workday configuration and reporting, required.
• Proficiency in the Workday modules, including integrations, EIBs, and advanced reporting tools, required.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The salary for this role is $95,000 - $125,000 per year. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
