Overview
Our client is a leading global shipping and logistics provider operating in more than 155 countries. They are looking for a new fulltime, on-site Payroll Specialist for their US-based payroll. You are a collaborative but autonomous Payroll Specialist with expertise specifically in ADP WFN (Workforce Now) and managing payroll at scale.

On-site 5 days/week in NYC (office is in midtown)
- Minimum 5 years of multi-state, progressive US payroll experience
- ADP Workforce Now experience within the last couple of years
- Knowledge of US payroll laws, regulations, and requirements
- Experience updating payroll records for new hires, terminations, changes in pay, exemptions, insurance coverage, titles, internal transfers, etc.
- Expertise in Excel (ie including pivot tables, VLookups, conditional formatting, formulas) or similar for payroll analysis and reporting
- Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries and requests for payroll-related concerns
- Benefits and leave administration experience preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US
