WhatYou’ll Be Doing
In this sales-driven role, you’ll operate in a high-output, phone-first environment and learn to run your own recruitment desk like a business. You will:
- Source, engage, and headhunt top talent through calls, Linked In, referrals, and outbound prospecting
- Build meaningful candidate relationships, understanding motivations, technical skill sets, and long-term goals
- Sell relevant job opportunities and manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle
- Generate high-quality leads, market insight, and commercial intelligence to support the client team
- Oversee interview processes, feedback cycles, and offer negotiations
- Work within a high-performing, collaborative team that’s focused on collective success
