Founded by serial entrepreneurs Brian Long and Andrew Jones, the company’s flagship products—Adaptive Phishing and Adaptive Training—simulate advanced AI‑driven attacks and train teams to stay ahead of evolving threats. Our mission: stop AI‑powered cyberattacks. We’re looking for a Recruiting Associate to help achieve ambitious growth goals for our technical team in NYC.

You will define recruiting strategies, manage the candidate funnel in the Ashby ATS, and collaborate with founders and hiring managers to secure A+ talent.

• Partner with Recruiting Leads and hiring managers to define hiring targets and attract top‑tier talent.
• Source high volumes of potential candidates for software engineering, product, design, and other roles using Linked In Recruiter and other platforms.
• Manage the recruiting funnel in Ashby ATS.

• 0‑2 years of experience in a highly metric‑oriented recruiting agency.
• Understanding of high‑level technical concepts and terminology.
• Experience building Boolean strings to source high‑volume candidates through Linked In Recruiter and other platforms.
• Passion for empire building and driving outcomes to build great teams.
• Experience working with ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn, or similar).

• $75‑$80k base salary + stock

This role is located in New York City and requires the candidate to work from our office in New York City five days a week.
