Job OverviewA quant trading firm and liquidity provider with a focus on technology is looking for a Recruiter to support our experienced hire team as we find, interview, and hire non-technical professionals in our New York office. Your impact will be significant, as in many ways you will be a candidate’s first introduction to the firm.
Along with day-to-day candidate management, you’ll have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas to our recruitment approach across all non-technical hiring areas and think about ways to improve our creative sourcing methods, pipelining, and how we position the firm and our teams in an increasingly competitive market.
About You- 5+ years of professional recruiting experience
- Eager to learn new skills and make an immediate impact
- Communicates clearly with colleagues, candidates, and external partners
- Humble about what you do and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help when needed
- Self-starter who works effectively and handles competing priorities
- Curious about the operations of the firm and how recruiting fits into the bigger picture
- Willing to travel throughout the year to recruiting conferences and events
