Pride Health is hiring a Payroll Assistant to support our client’s medical facility based in New York City, NY, 10004. This is a 2-month assignment with the possibility of a contract-to-hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Location: 50 Water Street, 5th floor, Central office, NY, 10004.

Pay Range: $22.00/hr to $26.00/hr

Shift: Days, Monday-Friday (8:00 AM-4:30 PM).

Duration: 02 Months (Contract) with possible extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees. Assist in entering and paying all wage garnishments. Process property payroll transfer reports. Ensure benefits deductions are accurate. Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and maintain data integrity. Provide support to the leadership team for various other accounting-related projects.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
