Role Overview

The Recruitment Consultant will join a close-knit team of 8, specialising in tech talent. You’ll inherit a warm desk, tap into a proven client base, and benefit from a structured career path – whether you’re chasing big billings or a leadership track.

The Recruitment Consultant will:
  • Recruit across a specialist vertical in the tech space
  • Work with clients ranging from start-ups to enterprise giants like Nike and Deloitte
  • Manage full‑lifecycle recruitment with autonomy and trust
  • Focus initially on permanent roles, with contract and account management to follow
  • Build your brand in a market with strong demand and long‑term potential
You will need:
  • Prior recruitment experience (any market) or demonstrable sales success
  • Ambition to exceed targets and take ownership of your growth
  • Resilience, positivity, and the drive to win in a high‑performance setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commercial instincts
  • A team‑first mindset – this firm believes success should be shared
