Recruiter, Talent Manager

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Contract Recruiter to supplement our hiring efforts. You'll own the full-cycle recruiting process for a number of roles, from sourcing and screening to closing top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role will be 5 days / week in-office.

This role will report directly to Rho's Head of Talent and may lead to a full-time opportunity at the end of the contract, depending on performance and business needs.

• Partner with the Head of Talent and hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Source, engage, and assess top technical talent.
• Drive efficient interview processes and optimize hiring pipelines.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Report thoroughly on pipeline health, market insights, and hiring forecasts.
• Maintain a core KPI of 3 hires per month.

• 2+ years of proven experience recruiting at high velocity for unique roles.
• Strong sourcing, pipeline management, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches with urgency and excellence in every detail.
