ABOUT US

We are an off-premises catering company located in Midtown Manhattan. We are full-service caterer and event planners with over 15 years experience and are renown in the industry for our attention to detail and customer service. We service both drop-off office catering as well as full-scale events. Our clients include (but are not limited to) Fortune 500 corporations, universities and non-profit organizations.

We are looking for a passionate HR Generalist/Staffer to join our growing organization. Our staff is incorporated of full-time employees (office, delivery persons, kitchen staff, etc.) as well as event staff (servers, bartenders, captains, etc.).

JOB REQUIREMENTS (include, but limited to):

• Recruit candidates from websites such as Career Builder, Craigslist, etc. for full-time positions (i.e. kitchen staff, delivery personnel, etc.) as well as freelance event staff (i.e. servers, bartenders, captains, etc.)
• Interview and on-board candidates, making sure they fill-out proper paperwork

SCHEDULING

• Schedule and coordinate staff
• Confirm staff roster and logged hours

PAYROLL & ADMIN

• Assist in preparation of payroll (ADP)
• Other Misc Administrative HR paperwork

QUALIFICATIONS:

• HR/ Staffing Experience or Food/Beverage/Hospitality Experience
• A Bachelor's Degree
• A GPA of 3.0 or above preferred
• Team-player attitude
• Multitasking and take initiative in a high-paced environment
• Flexibility in extended hours during busy seasons
• Excellent written, verbal and computer skills
• Attention to detail and organization

OTHER INFO:

• Spanish Speaking is Preferred
• Mon-Fri (8:00 am-6pm) (times may be subject to change depending on nature of busy season)
