As a Vice President Recruiter in Private Banking, you will be the face of the company on the front line, hiring the right people and teams necessary to drive our ongoing development of alternative investments, overseeing all employee-related initiatives, and managing performance.
Your primary responsibilities include staffing the business with quality hires, providing strategic talent acquisition solutions and proactive pipelining for future needs. As a segment subject matter expert, you will manage the end to end recruitment lifecycle for roles within your segment.

Collaborate with partner-level recruiters to gain new introductions and understand hiring strategies.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top-tier talent from leading banks, investment management, and financial services.
Build a teammate across public markets to help lead a team of HR/Recruiters toward a common goal while crafting career plans at Blue Crown.
Stay up to date with competitive compensation structures, conduct quarterly reviews, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
Source and vet vendors, contractors, and partners to enhance organizational capabilities.
Develop initiatives, policies, and programs to complement practices and create a culture where people can do their best work.
Demonstrate proficiency across HR software systems to streamline processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve decision-making.
Foster a positive and productive workplace through effective communication, addressing concerns, and conflict resolution.
Stay ahead of changes in employment legislation and implement adjustments to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications6+ years of Recruiting experience within Private Banking, Alternative Investments, Financial Services, Investment Management, or a talent acquisition agency
Experience sourcing and pipelining talent
Proven track record of building and managing teams from the ground-up, demonstrating sound research methodologies and effective recruiting programs.
Education & ExperienceBachelor's, Master's Degree, or MBA in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology with a focus on HR, or a related field.
Pay RangeThe base pay for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, determined within this range. Blue Crown operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within the role. You’ll also receive benefits, including comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses as well as relocation assistance.
