Job DescriptionThe Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle for a wide range of positions across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, attract qualified talent, and deliver a seamless, high‑quality candidate experience from initial outreach through day‑one onboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full‑cycle recruiting efforts from job intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Draft and post job advertisements aligned with business needs and employer branding.
- Source, screen, and engage both active and passive candidates using a variety of recruiting tools.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, background screenings, and pre‑employment requirements.
- Lead a structured and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
- Maintain consistent, professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Track recruiting metrics and use data to evaluate and improve hiring outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience (manufacturing or industrial environments strongly preferred).
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including manufacturing, technical, administrative, sales, and leadership roles.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, onsite work environment.
