Basic: $70,000 - $110,000(depending on level hired at) + commission + bonuses

Harnham is seeking accomplished agency recruiter for our New York office to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in establishing our contract recruitment offering in the Data & Analytics market across the East Coast as a Manager.
We are specifically looking for agency recruiters who have successfully managed teams and are looking to further their managerial career within a company that places a high emphasis on career growth and development.

About the Role:
As a Managing Recruitment Consultant, you will lead and manage the entire recruitment process, working as a full-desk (360) recruiter, engaging with both clients and candidates. Responsibilities include setting and achieving goals for your team, collaborating with coworkers to meet or exceed targeted goals, and actively networking with candidates and hiring managers to negotiate contracts or generate business. Your day-to-day activities will involve making calls, sending emails, and meeting with clients in the field.
Given the nature of the role, extensive experience in cold-calling clients and successfully managing teams in winning new business for Harnham will be crucial. We will discuss your experience in this space from your current role during the application process.

For this newly created role, we seek an experienced 360 recruiter who has successfully managed teams in staffing, engaging in both business development and candidate sourcing.
