Join our growing ABA company as an entry-level HR Representative. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s detail-oriented and eager to learn about human resources. You’ll play a vital role in supporting payroll, benefits, and quality assurance processes.
Responsibilities- Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration
- Help maintain HR records and documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Monitor compliance and assist with quality assurance tasks
- Provide general HR support to staff and leadership
- 0–1 years of HR or administrative experience (willing to train the right candidate)
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working with sensitive information
- Good communication skills and a team mindset
