Job Description:We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Executive Recruiter to join our Tax and Family Office team. This role requires a passion for building relationships, an eye for talent, and a commitment to providing unparalleled service to our clients. As an Executive Recruiter at Landing Point, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier professionals within the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage with high-caliber candidates.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a network of industry professionals to ensure a continuous pipeline of talent.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Provide personalized and thoughtful service, ensuring clients feel valued and understood.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and guidance on talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client briefing to candidate placement.
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed and insightful candidate profiles.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews, providing feedback and managing expectations throughout the process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Provide clients with up-to-date information and advice on market developments.
- Leverage market insights to enhance search strategies and deliver superior results.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge, support each other's searches, and achieve team goals.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in executive search, recruitment, or a related field within the financial services industry.
- Prior experience at a Big Four Accounting firm or mid-size public accounting firm.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
