Location: New YorkOur client, a leading law firm based in NYC, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team! This position is hybrid (3 days on site, 2 days WFH), and based at their beautiful Midtown, Manhattan office.
Job Responsibilities Recruitment and onboarding of Business Services positionsExecute selective and efficient role recruitment, selection, and hiringSupport the Assistant Director in HR by managing employee relationsHelp guide employees on policies and proceduresCollaborate with the HR Assistant to develop and maintain the annual initiative and programs calendarAssist in the design, delivery, and management of learning and development programsSupervise the HR AssistantOversee the Time Management module and address employee concernsAssist with offboarding, payroll, and personnel actionsCollaborate with a team to plan and execute firm-wide gatheringsPerform other duties as assignedSkills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required6–8 years of relevant human resources experienceRecruiting experience required, including 2+ years of managerial experienceProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.), UKG primary functions, HRIS applications (Workday, ADP, SAP, Oracle)Excellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to creatively solve problemsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable in a collaborative environmentUtilize discretion to handle sensitive and confidential informationSalary Range
$160,000 to $175,000 based on experience
