White Cap Search (WCS) is a fast‑growing staffing agency that connects top talent with leading organizations. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Long Island team, working with elite clients across various industries.

Base pay range: $58,000 - $80,000 per year (competitive salary with uncapped commission)

• Leverage platforms such as our internal ATS, Linked In, Indeed, and other job boards to identify and engage top professionals.
• Deliver tailored solutions to match candidates’ career aspirations with client needs, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Conduct detailed interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and alignment with specific client requirements.
• Oversee the recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing to final placement, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams—including sales, HR, marketing, payroll, and compliance—to support client and candidate needs.
• Guide candidates through interview preparation, constructive feedback, and long‑term career development.

• 1 year of experience in agency recruitment, sales, or account management.
• Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment practices across various industries.
• Familiarity with CRM and ATS platforms to manage pipelines effectively.
