Role: Recruiter, Fixed Income/Macro

Location: Midtown, NY

Hybrid: 4 days in office (Monday – Thursday) with flexibility to come in 5 days to host interviews/events

Compensation range: $150-220k base salary plus bonus

Our client is a growing investment firm with over 1800 employees globally and is known for incredible dynamic culture. The US team is looking for a Recruiter focused on the Fixed Income/Macro business.

• Work to build out the Fixed Income/Macro business globally.
• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders including understanding their business needs and determining recruiting strategy.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Source candidates for open requisitions and build a strong market map of top talent in the space.
• Run screening calls with candidates and manage applications.
• Liaise with external vendors as needed.

You must have a strong background as a specialist in Fixed Income/Macro recruitment and be able to function as an expert in your space.

• 5-8 years’ experience within fixed income/macro.
• Experience working within financial services.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Degree strongly preferred.
