Overview

Workforce Solutions – Rewards Compensation Consultant Manager l‑time, up to 60% travel.

• Analyze compensation and benefit plans to confirm compliance and effectiveness
• Drive award strategy design and implementation aligned to business priorities
• Mentor junior staff, foster continuous improvement, deliver quality and integrity in all deliverables
• Partner with client teams on M&A, IPO, and complex project engagements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of total rewards consulting experience
• Strong analytical, project management and client management skills
• Experience in compensation strategy design, market analysis and benefit plan design
• Effective communication and persuasion skills across organizational levels

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• Mastery in Compensation and Benefits accounting or tax
• Payroll and/or equity administration experience
• Knowledge of compensation tax and policy research
• Managing complex project engagements and leading teams

Competitive salary ($99,000–$232,000). Annual discretionary bonus. Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday and vacation time, personal and family sick leave.
