We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, think strategically, and help shape the future of Campus by hiring the best. In this role, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle
, build hiring processes from the ground up, and serve as a trusted partner to business leaders across the company.

You’ll develop and implement sourcing strategies that scale, bring structure to every stage of hiring, and ensure every candidate touchpoint reflects who we are as a company. From compliance to candidate experience, you’ll manage the details and never lose sight of the bigger picture: bringing in the right people to help us grow.
