Recruiter, Talent Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full life-cycle recruitment spanning entry-level through executive-level roles
Recruit across a wide range of functions including Finance, Accounting, Technology, Marketing, Product and other Corporate roles.
Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to align on hiring needs, timelines, and search strategies
Proactively source, assess, interview, and close top talent in a competitive market
Provide consultative guidance on talent market trends, compensation insights, and best hiring practices
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within the applicant tracking system
5+ years of experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition or Recruiting
Media, entertainment, digital content, or creative industry experience required
Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of requisitions simultaneously
Experience recruiting across both corporate and technical disciplines
Strong stakeholder partnership and communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
