Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a passionate Technical Recruiter to join our client in New York. Our client is building the leading values-driven, customer-centric financial services company and is looking for people who want to help them company grow.

In this position you will be responsible for full cycle recruitment for our client’s engineering team, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates

You will partner with the Engineering Director to determine needs within the team and manage the hiring pipeline and process.

You will also actively source for new hires through your networks and other third party platforms to uncover high level talent.
