What You’ll Do

Maintaining data integrity and employee confidentiality, the Sr. Manager Employee Insights is responsible for the strategic design, development, and execution of impactful enterprise-wide employee insight initiatives that support our organizational strategy and business objectives. They oversee and lead the Employee Insights team to maintain a constant pulse on employee sentiment through collecting feedback and data analysis. They generate awareness and education through employee insight touchpoints and programs, and lead data-based action planning to yield measurable results.

Contributions
  • Survey Strategy and Design
    • Lead, manage, and optimize the design, development, and implementation of employee survey strategy and large-scale surveys including but not limited to:
      • Broad organizational survey strategy
      • Employee Engagement Surveys
      • Pulse Surveys (Employee Engagement, DEI, and similar)
      • Supplemental Surveys as needed (based on employee sentiment)
      • Maintain an accurate data infrastructure by ensuring demographics and reporting will be represented to provide the most useful and precise data.
  • Survey Analysis and Insights
    • Lead and manage the analysis of employee feedback collected through our surveys.
    • Conduct an objective, end-to-end analysis organizing the compilation of data and analysis of employee feedback to uncover current state, top pain points, and track trends over time related to the employee experience.
    • Lead the coordination and evaluation of alternative employee performance data analysis such as annual reviews, Employee Engagement, GPTW, supplemental surveys and similar surveys.
  • Results Delivery and Storytelling
    • Deliver and present survey results.
    • The Sr. Manager Employee Insights is responsible for the timely communication and presentation of the employee story created from data within all surveys to ensure a full understanding and impact on the organizational strategy.
    • Turns data into easy-to-understand visuals that tell a story, making complex ideas simple so leaders can act on them.
  • Human Performance Improvement Initiatives
    • Lead and manage Human Performance Improvement Survey initiatives.
    • Work closely with OD, HR, LD leadership and other internal partners to address findings.
    • Collaborate and share best practices with leaders across the credit union who are responsible for understanding results and creating team action plans.
    • Highlight themes that are instrumental in creating meaningful action to positively impact EX.
    • Collaborate with management and other stakeholders on the implementation and success of such initiatives.
    • Follow up with key stakeholders to ensure action plan implementation.
    • Measure impact of actions through follow up data analysis.
  • Education and Awareness
    • Provide ongoing awareness and education of Employee Insights best practices for management and people leaders.
    • Create programs and initiatives which reach management and individual contributors.
    • Educate new managers and leaders on our Employee Insights strategy, creating a foundational understanding of expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement and Industry Awareness
    • Maintain a keen understanding of engagement trends, developments, and best practices within the employee survey and analysis space, and within the Credit Union space.
    • Frequently review and assess survey strategy and programs to ensure optimal results.
Assets You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree. Master's Degree Preferred. Field of Study:
    Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics, Organizational Behavior, or Social Science Research, Human Resources, Learning & Development.
  • 7 years of experience.
  • Experience with survey design and survey platforms.
  • Certifications:

    Data Analytics, Human Performance Improvement.
