    • Recommend and scope fit‑for‑purpose AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise, Workday AI, Microsoft Copilot) to meet specific HR needs.
    • Collaborate with functional and technical partners to ensure selected solutions are scalable, ethical, and compliant.
  • Enterprise Program Execution (PMO Leadership)
    • Lead and manage end‑to‑end delivery of AI and HR integration programs across multiple functions, geographies, and work streams.
    • Maintain structured program management discipline—developing plans, tracking milestones, managing risks, and driving accountability.
    • Coordinate interdependencies across stakeholders including HR COEs, Tech, Data, and Legal/Compliance.
    • Deliver clear and consistent reporting to executive stakeholders (dashboards, status reports, KPIs).
  • Change Enablement & Capability Building
    • Design and execute change strategies to support successful adoption of AI tools across HR teams.
    • Lead enablement sessions, solution walkthroughs, and training programs to build awareness and capability.
    • Create toolkits, guides, and communications that drive user confidence and sustained usage.
    • Measure adoption, usage trends, and business impact to inform continuous improvement.
  • Success Measures
    • AI‑enabled HR solutions identified, scoped, and deployed effectively.
    • Enterprise programs delivered on time, with high stakeholder engagement and alignment.
    • Increased capability and adoption of AI tools across HR teams.
    • Tangible improvements in HR efficiency, decision‑making, and digital maturity.
Qualifications
  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • 5–7 years of experience in HR program management, digital transformation, or business enablement roles.
    • Demonstrated experience enabling or supporting AI or digital tool adoption within a business context.
    • Strong background managing cross‑functional enterprise programs, preferably in global or matrixed environments.
    • Program/project management certification (e.g., PMP, PMI‑ACP, PRINCE2) preferred.
