Job Description SummaryThis role provides strategic business partnership to senior leadership to drive business results and enhance employee engagement. The Senior Manager works at both hands‑on and strategic levels, reporting to the Senior Director, People Business Partner.
Responsibilities- Implement key people processes, including talent and performance management.
- Coach and develop leaders, offering insights on people, teams, and organizational growth.
- Use data insights to identify trends and influence evidence‑based decisions for talent attraction, performance, and engagement.
- Support change management initiatives for successful adoption of organizational changes.
- Analyze organization effectiveness using data and feedback to assess people and organizational capability, providing consultation on how the organizational structure aligns with strategy and objective.
- Partner with leadership to create solutions for HR challenges.
- Collaborate with Employee Relations to address escalations and recurring people issues.
- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in a strategic HR role interfacing with and influencing leadership.
- Experience leading senior leaders through talent management processes, including performance management, talent assessments, succession planning, and organization design.
- Effective communication and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and cultivating relationships across teams.
Annual base salary range: $123,500 – $212,850
