Position: Onsite HR & Onboarding Coordinator — 6‑Month Contract
Location: New York

A global financial institution is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support the Human Resources team. This role involves managing onboarding processes, maintaining confidential employee records, and providing administrative assistance to various HR functions. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for permanent placement, requiring on-site presence four days a week.
