Schedule: Hybrid – Tues–Thurs onsite;
Mon/Fri remote

Base pay range: $130,000–$170,000 per year

The Opportunity

Our client, a highly regarded global investment management firm, is seeking a Talent Programs Specialist to join its Human Capital organization in New York. This is a newly created role focused on owning and executing high-impact recruiting programs, with a particular emphasis on sponsorship initiatives and process improvement.

This role is ideal for someone with a mix of recruiting exposure, program ownership, and strong project management skills who enjoys working cross-functionally and driving initiatives end-to-end.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and manage the firm’s recruiting sponsorship initiatives (e.g., student organizations, academic conferences, recruiting events)
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for sponsored organizations and external partners
  • Partner closely with Campus Recruiting and broader Human Capital stakeholders
  • Manage recruiting-related programs and initiatives from concept through execution
  • Drive process improvement and re-engineering initiatives across recruiting programs
  • Explore and help integrate Gen AI tools into recruiting and Human Capital processes
What We’re Looking For
  • ~7–10 years of relevant experience in recruiting, recruiting programs, campus recruiting, or program/project management
  • Campus recruiting experience preferred but not required
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience owning initiatives independently and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and execution skills
  • Stable work history with demonstrated growth
Nice to Have
  • Experience at a financial services or investment management firm
  • Background in Big Tech or other highly scaled environments
  • Interest in or experience using Gen AI tools in recruiting or operations
