Our client is a leading quantitative trading firm seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their Human Resources team in New York City. This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic, high‑performance organization known for its collaborative culture and global reach. The ideal candidate brings experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, and candidate experience, and thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.

The role will focus on supporting recruiters and HR business partners with interview scheduling, onboarding logistics, and campus recruiting initiatives.

• Support recruiters and HR business partners with interview scheduling, onboarding logistics, and campus recruiting initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, required.
• 1+ years of recruiting and/or HR generalist experience, required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, along with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Workday experience, preferred.

The salary for this role is $75,000-$85,000 per year. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
