We’re looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented HR Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization.

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for clinical and/or non‑clinical roles (posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Conduct phone and video screenings to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates
• Track candidates and hiring metrics using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
• Assist with onboarding and pre‑employment processes

• 1–3+ years of recruitment or HR experience required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Psychology, Communications, Business, or related field)

• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• SHRM or PHR certification (or interest in pursuing)
