We are the fastest growing Dermatology practice in the North East with 50+ locations, throughout four New York City boroughs, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. We’re looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented HR Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization.
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for clinical and/or non‑clinical roles (posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Conduct phone and video screenings to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates
- Track candidates and hiring metrics using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
- Assist with onboarding and pre‑employment processes
- 1–3+ years of recruitment or HR experience required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Psychology, Communications, Business, or related field) ിക്കുക
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Experience recruiting in healthcare, corporate, or high‑growth environments
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- SHRM or PHR certification (or interest in pursuing)
- Hands‑on training and mentorship in recruiting and HR
- Clear growth path into a Recruiter or HR Generalist role
