Location: New York

We are seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter to help scale our engineering organization, with the opportunity for this role to convert to full-time (contract-to-hire) based on performance and business needs.

This pivotal role will support the growth of our product engineering, Dev Ops, and data engineering teams across our two core products and beyond. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of high performance sponsored in full-cycle recruiting and a passion for finding and engaging top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth, early-stage startup environment.

This role reports to the VP of Engineering and partners closely with them as the team continues to grow. We are looking for someone inspired by our mission and excited by the opportunity to help build a business that will impact millions of lives in a meaningful way.

This role will be in person at our energetic NYC headquarters. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience; for full-time conversion, the expected base salary range would be $125,000–$160,000 plus equity.

What you'll do
  • Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality and top-notch candidate experience
  • Effectively interview candidates to determine fit in relation to role requirements while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process
  • Act as a recruiting consultant to business partners on hiring strategies, sourcing strategies, and initiatives aimed at helping us hire quality talent at scale
  • Establish effective communication flows with key stakeholders regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates through meetings, email updates, and reports
  • Ensure that candidate tracking is up to date and compliant in Greenhouse
  • Develop pipelines of candidates in niche areas as determined by business needs
  • Track goals, metrics, and performance of all recruiting efforts
  • Find ways to continue to raise theート for Resort Pass’ recruiting efforts
Who You Are:

  • 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, with 2+ years of full-cycle experience specializing in engineering recruiting in high-growth environments
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals and targets
  • Expertise in using sourcing tools like Linked In and Greenhouse, with a strong emphasis on data-driven strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
  • Experience successfully partnering with key stakeholders/hiring managers to drive effective recruitment
  • Strong sense of urgency and flexibility, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
