We are seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant. As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, designing tailored Employer Record (EOR) solutions, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of global employment compliance, payroll processes, and the ability to communicate complex solutions effectively to clients. The Solutions Consultant will report to the Head of Implementation.

Key Responsibilities Client Needs Analysis

Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their workforce and employment needs.

Assess client goals and challenges to develop customised EOR solutions.

Solution Design

Design comprehensive multi‑product solutions that align with client requirements and compliance standards.

Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to create robust and scalable solutions.

Conduct demos of the technology solutions.

Compliance Management

Stay abreast of global employment laws and regulations to ensure EOR and global payroll solutions adhere to legal requirements.

Guide on compliance issues and work with clients to mitigate risks.

Client Engagement

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Present and communicate EOR and/or global payroll solutions effectively, addressing client concerns and questions.

Implementation Support

Work closely with project managers and implementation teams to ensure seamless execution of EOR and/or global payroll solutions.

Provide ongoing support to clients during the implementation phase, addressing any challenges that may arise.

Training and Education

Develop and deliver training sessions for clients on EOR and global payroll processes, compliance, and best practices.

Create educational materials to enhance client understanding of EOR and global payroll services.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the EOR and global payroll services framework.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance the company's EOR offerings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources પાંચ a related field.

Proven experience in a Solutions Consultant or similar role, with a focus on Employer of Record services.

Strong understanding of global employment laws and regulations.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

Detail‑oriented with a strong analytical bent of mind.

Strong research, problem‑solving, and process development skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills.
