Role: People Operations Specialist
Location: New York, NY
Hybrid: 3 days in office
Compensation range: Up to $170k base salary plus generous bonus
Our client is a top tier global quant hedge fund looking for a People Operations Specialist to join their team in New York.
Working in a tight-knit and collaborative team you will be working across the business as a whole with huge exposure to key stakeholders. You will be responsible for:
- Handling compensation analysis
- Assisting with projects to optimize workflows
- Supporting employee engagement through managing internal perks
- Workday HRIS management and reporting/analysis for the business
This is a great role with a ton of autonomy to problem solve and take ownership. Someone with excellent technical/data analysis skills would be a huge benefit.
Key requirements:
- 3-6 years’ experience within HR/People Operations
- Must have a bachelor’s degree
- Experience working within a fast-paced and high-growth environment
- Experience working within a financial or professional services firm would be beneficial
