About

The Role

As a Senior People Business Partner - Revenue, you will serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to leadership, helping to shape organizational strategy and translate business goals into forward‑thinking people initiatives. You will influence decision‑making, lead change‑management efforts, and leverage data‑driven insights to proactively recommend solutions that strengthen organizational health and performance.

This role is an opportunity to directly impact the effectiveness and scalability of the organization—focusing not just on retaining talent, but on anticipating workforce needs, guiding leaders through transformation, and elevating the day‑to‑day experiences of our teams. You will coach leaders, cultivate strong performance and engagement, and architect organizational plans that enable long‑term business success.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as a strategic advisor to Sales leadership, developing a deep understanding of business priorities and using that knowledge to shape people strategies that drive organizational outcomes.
  • Influence business decisions by leveraging data, insights, and talent trends to proactively identify risks, opportunities, and workforce planning needs.
  • Lead change management efforts for the teams you support, partnering with leaders to design and execute transformation strategies that increase adoption, alignment, and operational effectiveness.
  • Build trusted relationships with managers to guide organizational design, team structure, and long‑term talent planning within the Sales team.
  • Support managers through core People processes—such as compensation, performance, and career development—ensuring programs are strategically aligned and consistently executed.
  • Provide coaching and thought partnership to Sales leadership on developing high‑performing teams, fostering clarity, accountability, and empowerment.
  • Address performance issues early and lead complex employee relations matters within your client group, ensuring thorough, objective assessments and strategic risk mitigation.
  • Partner with People COEs to recommend enhancements to performance management, career development, compensation, and retention programs, bringing a Revenue‑focused lens and advocating for scalable solutions.
  • Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify patterns, diagnose root causes, and propose actionable people solutions.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation as it applies to the teams you support, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, embedding equitable practices into talent decisions and organizational processes within the Revenue org.
  • Serve as a cultural ambassador for the teams you support, shaping the employee experience and ensuring employees feel valued, heard, and supported.
Who You Are
  • You have 10+ years of HR experience (including 6‑8 years as a People Business Partner), ideally supporting Sales teams in high‑growth tech environments.
