Our wonderful and growing client is hiring a Senior Sourcer (Talent Acquisition) to join its New York team.

Working on a hybrid basis of four in-office days a week, this role reports into a senior strategic recruitment leader and will be integral in continuing to build out this exceptional function. This opportunity is perfect for a strong sourcer who enjoys the candidate development side, and has worked with mid level and senior talent. They will need depth of knowledge in recruiting for Wealth Management professionals, gained in a notable financial services environment.

Suited candidates will possess 7+ years of relevant experience with the bulk focused in delivering talent in the Wealth Management space within a fast moving financial firm.

This role is based onsite in midtown NYC and the base salary will range by experience from $155,000 to $185,000, with additional discretionary annual bonus compensation. The firm offers market leading benefits and wellness, continuing education, and commuting support.
