• $80,000–$100,000 base + uncapped commission
• New York City (10005) | Hybrid (3 days office)

• Source, engage, and qualify outstanding candidates across specialist markets
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and candidates alike
• Identify and win new business opportunities within target sectors
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from brief to placement
• Drive process improvements that elevate recruitment quality and efficiency

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a staffing agency environment
• Proven record of generating new business and achieving strong billings
• Commercial mindset with the ability to exceed KPIs
• Confidence operating in a fast-paced, consultative sales role
• NYC-based and available to work from the office 3 days per week
