Details- $80,000–$100,000 base + uncapped commission
- New York City (10005) | Hybrid (3 days office)
- Technology & Financial Systems Recruitment | Global Firm
- Source, engage, and qualify outstanding candidates across specialist markets
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and candidates alike
- Identify and win new business opportunities within target sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from brief to placement
- Drive process improvements that elevate recruitment quality and efficiency
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven record of generating new business and achieving strong billings
- Commercial mindset with the ability to exceed KPIs
- Confidence operating in a fast-paced, consultative sales role
- NYC-based and available to work from the office 3 days per week
