Technology Recruiter

Overview

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Technology Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology, data, and quantitative roles, working closely with candidates and internal team members to deliver an exceptional hiring experience. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing, relationship-building, and seeing searches through from start to finish.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across technology, data, and quantitative roles.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools to manage candidate flow and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members on recruiting initiatives and process improvements.
• Maintain professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail in all interactions.

• 2–5 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house).
• Experience recruiting for technology, data, and/or quantitative roles.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
