Summary
The Employee Relations Project Manager will lead a six-month initiative to develop and operationalize company-wide employee relations frameworks and processes. The role partners with HR, Legal, Ethics, and other stakeholders to promote consistent outcomes and strengthen how employee relations matters are handled and measured.
Responsibilities
- Manage project work streams, plans, timelines, milestones, stakeholder input, and deliverables.
- Gather requirements and coordinate cross-functional input on employee relations processes, including intake, complaint triage, investigations, documentation, and resolution.
- Support data collection, reporting, and employee training to assess trends and process effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for ongoing process improvements using measurable data.
Requirements
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects and manage timelines, requirements, and deliverables.
- Ability to work closely with HR, Legal, Ethics, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to support employee relations frameworks, reporting, and process improvement.
