R12406# About the Role  We're looking for an experienced full-cycle Recruiter to join us on an initial 5-month contract, with the potential to convert to a full-time role, to own hiring for our Product and G&A (General & Administrative) functions, with a particular focus on Go-To-Market (GTM)-adjacent roles. This is a high-visibility position for someone who has spent their career recruiting within financial services or Fin Tech and knows how to run a search, manage a pipeline, and confidently guide senior stakeholders through a hiring process.  

# What You'll Do
* Own full-cycle recruiting for Product and G&A roles, from intake through offer and close, across a range of levels including senior and executive-level hires.
* Partner directly with hiring managers, department heads, and executive leadership to define hiring strategy, calibrate on candidate profiles, and manage searches with a strong sense of urgency and quality.
* Build and manage talent pipelines for product, GTM-adjacent functions (e.g., Revenue Operations, Strategy, Business Operations) as well as core G&A functions (Finance, Legal, People, Compliance).
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders — confidently pushing back, managing expectations, and navigating competing priorities across the business.
* Source proactively using a mix of direct sourcing, referrals, and market mapping specific to financial services and Fin Tech talent pools.
* Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring a high-touch, professional process for candidates at every level, including senior and executive candidates.
* Negotiate offers and manage closing conversations for competitive, senior-level candidates.
* Maintain accurate pipeline data, reporting, and forecasting in Workday to support broader talent planning.
* Continuously refine and improve our recruiting process, tools, and candidate experience for Product and G&A hiring.  # What We're Looking For
* 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with the majority of that time spent recruiting within financial services and/or Fin Tech.
* Demonstrated experience recruiting for GTM and/or GTM-adjacent roles (e.g, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations) in addition to Product and G&A functions.
* A track record of operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and adapting recruiting strategy as business needs shift.
* Strong experience navigating and influencing senior-level stakeholders, including executives — comfortable being a strategic partner in the room, not just an order-taker.
* Deep familiarity with the financial services/Fin Tech talent landscape: where the talent lives, who the competitor companies are, and what it takes to win candidates in this space.
* Excellent judgment and consultative instincts, able to advise hiring managers on role scoping, leveling, and market realities.
* Strong offer negotiation and closing skills, particularly for senior and hard-to-fill roles.
* Excellent organizational skills and comfort managing multiple concurrent searches at varying levels of seniority.
* Experience with Workday is a plus.  # What This Role Is Not
* This is not a technical recruiting role. Candidates should bring deep domain/functional recruiting expertise in Product and G&A — not a background in engineering or technical sourcing.  # Contract Details
* Initial engagement: 5 months, full-time hours.
* Strong potential to convert to a permanent, full-time position based on performance, hiring needs, and mutual fit.
* Contractor will be embedded with the TA team and treated as a core member of the org for the duration of the engagement.
