Interim Compensation Analyst
New York, NY | Temporary | $40-$50/hour
LHH is partnering with a client in NYC to hire an Interim Compensation Analyst. This role will support compensation planning, market benchmarking, pay equity initiatives, and compensation program administration. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with compensation data, and knowledge of compensation regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct compensation analyses, job evaluations, and salary benchmarking.
- Maintain compensation data, pay grades, and salary structures within the HRIS.
- Support pay equity reviews and compensation reporting.
- Review and update job descriptions to align with organizational compensation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations, including FLSA and EEO requirements.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders on compensation inquiries and projects.
- Assist with merit increase, bonus, and other compensation program administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of compensation, HR analytics, or related experience.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP, or similar preferred).
- Strong knowledge of compensation practices, salary benchmarking, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage large data sets in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
