Senior Manager, People and Organization

The Senior Manager, People and Organization leads human resources processes and people strategies for Fashion boutiques in the Greater New York market. This role partners with boutique leadership teams to strengthen leadership, employee engagement, talent development, and business performance.

• Build connections with boutique teams and support onboarding, engagement, inclusion, and employee development.
• Advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational structure, succession, compensation, performance, and talent reviews.
• Coach leaders on performance matters and manage employee relations investigations in partnership with internal teams.
• Forecast hiring needs, support recruitment strategies and internal mobility, and ensure consistent employment practices.
• Work regularly on-site across Greater New York boutiques, typically three or more days per week.

• Seven or more years of core HR generalist experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Employee relations experience; retail or wholesale HR experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, influencing, prioritization, and analytical skills.
• Comfort using HRIS systems such as Workday and performing basic analysis in Excel.
