Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Location: New York
Heart Share is seeking a DD Training Specialist to design, schedule, and deliver high‑quality training for the DD Division. You will conduct Pre‑Service Orientation, SCIP, CPR/First Aid, Autism Overview, and other regulatory trainings to staff across multiple sites.
You will manage training materials, track progress in Paycom LMS, and ensure records remain audit-ready. The role requires collaboration with the Director of Training and compliance with OPWDD/state regulations.
