You will partner directly with the founders, CTO, and engineering leaders to translate hiring needs into structured, repeatable processes across teams, and run full-cycle searches, including specialized roles.
This hands-on role also involves coaching hiring managers, managing external partners, and designing sourcing strategies—building and deploying
