Legal Recruiting Manager

For the New York Office of a Global Law Firm

Responsibilities include:

• Manage full-cycle lateral recruiting for associates, counsel and post-clerks across U.S. offices.
• Work closely with practice group leaders and hiring partners to identify hiring needs and execute lateral recruiting from sourcing through offers.
• Build relationships with search firms and directly source candidates to strengthen recruiting pipelines.
• Analyze recruiting data and industry trends to inform hiring strategies and recommendations.
• Supervise and support the professional development of junior recruiting team members.

Qualifications include:

• 4-8 years of law firm recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Direct experience with lateral associate and counsel recruiting preferred.
• Experience managing or mentoring recruiting professionals preferred.
• Exceptional professionalism and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with discretion in handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (familiarity with Workday, Flo Recruit, Linked In, and Firm Prospects preferred).

Salary: $123.1k - $190.4k (In-person requirements are 2-days per week)
