Target is hiring a Human Resources Expert to support store teams with guest-focused HR services and scheduling. You will help recruit, onboard and train team members, ensure policy compliance and deliver a friendly, efficient guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
Ideal candidates will be comfortable using scheduling systems and Microsoft Office, communicating clearly, and balancing multiple tasks with tact and professionalism. ADA accommodations are available per policy.
