Campus Recruiter

Our client, a prestigious financial firm based in Manhattan, is seeking a dynamic and personable Campus Recruiter to join their collaborative HR team. This individual will play a pivotal role in attracting top undergraduate and graduate talent, building a strong university pipeline that supports the firm’s long-term growth and success.

The Campus Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting for undergraduate and graduate candidates and build lasting relationships with key universities. Partnering with the HR Program Manager, they will execute university recruiting strategies, coordinate campus events and Super Days, and manage the offer process. The ideal candidate is an organized, positive team player who is passionate about developing emerging talent.

This position follows a hybrid schedule.

The annual base salary range is $140,000 to $175,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.

• Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates
• Build and evolve long-term relationships with key universities
• Coordinate logistics and execution of on-campus and in-house recruiting events such as interviews, career fairs, presentations, Super Days, etc.
• Work closely with HR Program Manager to create and enact dynamic university talent acquisition strategies
• Along with the HR team, manage the job offer process including employment verification/references, hire date, starting salary, etc.
• Identify the most efficient and cost-effective recruiting methods

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Tech and/or finance experience is a plus
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in campus
• Team player with a positive attitude
