Location: New York
- Manage the LMS and develop engaging digital learning, training resources, and onboarding programs.
- Design product and sales enablement training that translates complex offerings into clear, actionable content.
- Create concise video and other digital learning experiences using modern instructional design techniques.
- Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to deliver effective virtual and live training programs.
- Analyze learning data, manage external vendors, and continuously improve our talent development programs and processes.
- 3+ years of design and facilitation experience
- Must be comfortable commuting to Manhattan 5 days a week
