Rillet is seeking a GTM Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and GTM Leadership. You will map markets, define search standards with GTM leaders, and engage exceptional talent, including passive candidates, to build an elite go-to-market team.
The role is based near our New York City or San Francisco offices, with a hybrid schedule requiring in-person days on Tuesdays and Thursdays and additional flexible days weekly.
