The Senior Human Resources Administrator oversees and administers human resources programs and services for the County, providing professional, strategic HR guidance to County leadership, department directors, supervisors, and employees on employee relations, recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, performance management, leave administration, policy and procedure administration, and compliance.
This position leads and supports HR initiatives, process improvements, organizational changes, and technology modernization while exercising considerable independent judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive personnel matters.
