100% Remote (must be based in the CEE or Balkans region)

• Candidate Sourcing & Pipelining: Research talent markets, identify relevant candidates, and build pipelines for a variety of roles.
• Candidate Engagement: Reach out to prospective candidates across professional networks and support them through the early stages of the hiring process.

  Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and adjust your searches based on feedback.
• Research & Problem Solving: Learn new markets, roles, tools, and sourcing approaches, and find creative ways to solve search challenges.
• Pipeline Management: Keep candidate information and activity organised and up to date in our recruitment systems.

• Fluent German & English Speaker: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English (minimum C1).
• Curious & Eager to Learn: You’re comfortable learning something new, researching what you don’t know, and applying what you learn.
• Resourceful: When you come across something unfamiliar, you’re willing to investigate, try different approaches, and ask focused questions when needed.
• Open to Feedback: You’re comfortable receiving feedback, adapting your approach, and trying again.

  Experience:
  
  Previous sourcing, recruitment, HR, research, or similar experience is a plus, but not required.
• Location & Time Zone Aligned: Based in the CEE or Balkans region and able to work within CET/EET hours.

• Learn & Grow: Build practical sourcing and recruitment skills while working closely with experienced recruiters and hiring teams.
• Ownership: You’ll be trusted to take responsibility for your work, while having support and coaching as you develop.
• International Team: Work with experienced colleagues across a fully remote, international environment.
